Privacy
We advise organizations on how to handle information responsibly. It would be strange to be careless with yours. This page says plainly what happens to anything you send us.

What we collect
Your name, email address, business name if you give one, the service you selected, and whatever you write in the message field.
Our host also records standard server log data such as IP address and browser type, as every web host does. We don't use it to identify individual visitors, and we don't run advertising trackers or marketing pixels on this site.
Why we collect it
We use it to reply, to scope work if you engage us, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
We don't sell personal information and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only where the law requires, or with the service providers below who process it on our instructions.
Who else handles it
Our website host processes form submissions on our behalf. Microsoft 365 hosts our email and business records.
We may add others as the business grows, such as a payment processor or scheduling tool. Each handles your information only to provide that service to us, under its own published terms.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we keep the correspondence for up to two years. If you become a client, engagement records are kept for seven years after the work ends, the standard period for business and tax records.
Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, unless we're required to keep something for legal or tax reasons. If that happens, we'll tell you what and why.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email christy@linearwa.com and we'll respond within thirty days.
If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top.
Accessibility
Text and background colors on every page meet the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratio. Form fields are labelled, images carry alternative text, and the site works at phone, tablet, and desktop widths. If something here doesn't work for you, email us and say what happened. We'll fix it.
